Our students have been given the opportunity to have their say as part of the Junior Advisory Council at the City of Monash.
During this experience they were given time to share the resources that they use during leisure time and to think about 'what could be'. The students were asked to share what they think the youth of Monash need to have access to during their free time.
One of the final tasks was to design a new kindergarten with a group of students from other schools from the City of Monash.
The students had the opportunity to meet Mayor Paul Klisaris and ask him questions about his role in the community.
We were excited to be the only Catholic School involved on the day.
