Over the last two weeks, groups of our Year 4 Mini Vinnies Conference have visited one of our local Nursing Homes.
It has been heart warming to witness the happiness that these visits bring to our students and the residents of the Nursing Home.
The students spend an hour talking with the residents and playing board games.
For some of our students it is their first time in a Nursing Home. I am so proud of the respect and empathy that each of them shows towards the elderly residents.
Thank you to our mums for assisting with transport to make this memorable opportunity happen.
