Holy Family School Mount Waverley is grateful to enjoy a strong and valued partnership with Victoria Police. Each year, a police officer from the Proactive Policing Unit works closely with our Year 3–6 students to deliver important education around online safety and responsible digital behaviour.
These engaging presentations help students develop a greater understanding of how to stay safe online, including protecting personal information, responding appropriately to unsafe situations and using social media and technology responsibly. The sessions also reinforce the importance of respectful communication and seeking help from trusted adults when needed.
We thank Victoria Police for their ongoing support of our students and school community. Working together helps empower our children to make safe, positive and informed choices in an increasingly digital world.
