Our student-led weekly news program, broadcast into each classroom every Tuesday, continues to be a wonderful initiative that strengthens student voice and engagement across our school.
Led by our Year 6 students, the program provides an opportunity for them to take on active roles as presenters and interviewers, speaking with other members of our school community about key events, achievements and upcoming opportunities. It is a fantastic way for students to develop confidence, communication skills and a sense of ownership in sharing the life of our school.
Each broadcast highlights important events for the week ahead and helps keep our community connected and informed. A special feature of the program is the inclusion of our prayer before lunch, inviting all classrooms to pause together in a moment of reflection and gratitude.
We are proud of the enthusiasm and leadership shown by our students in bringing this program to life, and we thank the staff who support them in making it such a meaningful and engaging experience for all.
